GENERAL QUESTIONS

  1. What will my order cost?

    Get a quick and clear sense of our prices by visiting our order page. Order Page. We offer you two coding packages. You set a fixed price for your home page when you make your selection. For each additional page (subpage) you pay only 50% of the selected package price. In the upper right-hand of the order form you have a complete overview of your current order - including a list of additional options. The price of your complete selection package is updated on the fly in this field with each selection you add.
    The prices given are net prices excl. 19% VAT! VAT is also shown upper right in the order form as part of the total bill.

  2. Are discounts available? Is there a Premium status?

    A long-term relationship with our customers is important to us. In line with this, we are excited to offer you our Premium plans. Depending on your order volume from the previous month, you will automatically qualify for one of three premium statuses::

    Premium Gold

    Premium Gold Status:
    € 3,001 and over (gross total) = 20% off on all orders

    Premium Silber

    Premium Silver Status:
    € 1,001 to € 3,000 (gross amount) = 10% off on all orders

    Premium Bronze

    Premium Bronze Status:
    € 501 to € 1,000 (gross amount) = 5% off on all orders

    Regardless of the previous month's volumes, we offer customers the option of a permanent special Gold Premium status with a permanent 20% discount on all orders - one account for life - ask us and become a "Trusted By" customer!

  3. How fast can I get the finished files back?

    The average processing time for your orders is 8-24 hours (= 1-3 working days). The processing time varies depending on order volume (number of pages, complexity of design etc.). We allow eight hours for the main page and 5-8 hours for each additional subpage. Our programmers are given an estimate of the processing time before they start programming. The time displayed in your personal back-end is our estimated delivery time when the final files in your back-end are expected to be available for download.

  4. When will my order be processed?

    Our programmers work eight hours a day and an average of five days a week. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (CET).

  5. Are retrospective changes possible?

    Our aim is to provide you with 100% service satisfaction. If you ever wish to make changes to your design, even though our programmers have already started the implementation or your order is complete, just contact us. We feel that for every problem, there is a happy solution that satisfies everyone. You can always talk to us about discounts too.

  6. How can I contact Codingpeople?

  7. Will my Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) be signed?

    We guarantee you 100% confidentiality of your data. We will protect your property rights at all times. Should you also want us to sign your own personal non-disclosure agreement, you can mail it to us, stating your username. We will check your document content and let you know of our decision pro/contra signing immediately, stating the reasons.

  8. I paid too much! What now?

    It can sometimes happen that you’ve paid too much for a job - fewer design pages uploaded than selected in the order form for the total amount, etc.! No problem. On the Job level of your back-end there's a contact option. Send us a message and we can investigate and credit your user account with the amount for follow-up jobs, or we will refund the amount less a transaction fee of € 5.

  9. Do you work on holidays and weekends?

    In urgent cases, we will arrange to have our programmers work on weekends and holidays. Please contact us for details.

  10. What payment methods are accepted?

    To activate your created job and to authorize an order, you must pay the declared invoice value in advance. Currently, we offer you the following payment methods::

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

  1. Which file types of my designs do you accept?

    The standard file types we accept for a normal order are: PSD, PNG, AI. If you want to upload your designs in a different format, please get in touch with us beforehand. We can then look into the possibilities of working from other file formats (PDF, etc.)! Unfortunately we cannot offer these file formats as standards because not all of our programmers can process them. Thank you for your understanding.

  2. What browsers are available?

    With the premium package we offer cross-browser optimized coding for IE7+, Safari and Firefox. In the high-end package, or in the additional options, other browser compatibilities with Opera and Chrome are available (a surcharge applies in some cases).

  3. Can graphic text effects be rendered in HTML?

    Please note that HTML text does not allow any form of visual effects (e.g., shadows, color gradients, etc.) to be implemented). These effects can only be realized as images. If you are interested in implementing some special visual effects, please add a note to this effect with your order stating on which page and where you would like to have the effects.

  4. Do you need any more information from me about my order?

    Basically, we assume that we can process your order without any further information. If we need to ask you any questions before processing, we will immediately inform you and send you a job-specific message that you can reply to via your own back-end. In urgent cases or if you don't reply to our questions, we will contact you by phone.

  5. Wie kann ich die Status-Benachrichtigungen (de)aktivieren?

    In your own back-end area, you have the option to activate or deactivate notification for any processing status of your order. In activated mode, we will mail status updates to you.
